" Priyadarshini J.L College of Pharmacy, Nagpur organized an Online Session on International Day of Yoga through a virtual platform on 21/06/2021 at 10.30 am. Yoga teachers from Vivekanand Kendra Kanyakumari, Nagpur Branch guided on the occasion. The online session was attended by the students of B. Pharm. and M. Pharm along with the teaching and non.-teaching faculty members. Dr. Mrs. S.S Bakhle welcomed all the participants and introduced the Yoga teachers. Kshama Dabholkar, Nagar Pramukh of Vivekanand Kendra Kanyakumari, Branch Nagpur enlightened the gathering about Yoga and its health benefits through the topic "Yoga Jeevan Padhati". The Yoga teachers from Vivekanand Kendra namely Nilima Ketkar, Archana Lapalkar, Aditya Arya, and Mahesh Thosar gave practical demonstrations of various Yogasanas and Pranayam which was followed by all the participants. The online session was coordinated by Dr. Mrs. S. S Bakhle, Dr. Mrs. S.A Deshpande and Mr. A.R Thakre. In all 95 participants attended the online session. Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. A.R Thakre."
